How do I request the registration receipt for the 21st ISC?
For overseas participants, the invoice will be automatically sent to your email within 14 working days since your payment. For domestic participants, the invoice will be sent to your email two months before or after the conference. If you do not receive the invoice, please contact the conference secretariat by email, isc2022@cugb.edu.cn.
I would like to cancel my registration. Will I receive a refund?
Make sure you inform the conference secretariat about the cancellation by email, isc2022@cugb.edu.cn. You will receive the refund according to the cancellation conditions available here.

What should I prepare for the virtual conference?
To attend the virtual conference, you need to have a stable internet connection, a computer or other electronic devices, and a valid registration. More detailed technical information will be on the conference website in due course.

The accepted video format is MP4 with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
How can I know whether my abstract was accepted/rejected?
All authors will be notified via email by May 25, 2022. Please check your junk box if you do not find it in your inbox.
Is it possible to change the oral presentation to the E-poster?
A change of your presenting form is only possible after consulting with our Scientific Chair. Please inform the secretariat about it by email, isc2022@cugb.edu.cn.
